Anita Reber is an award-winning real estate agent with Lewith & Freeman. She works out of the Hazle Township office and serves buyers and sellers in the Greater Hazleton Area.
Anita Reber’s sales record is consistently impressive, which is hardly surprising given she has over three decades of experience in the real estate business. As a well-established realtor, she continually hovers near or over the $7,000,000 mark year after year. Anita has won the top producer of the year award multiple times and is consistently in the top 5 of all Lewith & Freeman realtors.
For the perfect representation of consistency and innovation in the real estate business, look no further than Anita. She firmly believes in being open-minded and forward-thinking in every circumstance. It is with this outlook on life that makes Anita an expert at reinvention. For anyone looking to list or sell a home and want to see the vision of their dream home become a reality, Anita may be the key to your success.
Anita Reber has been an award-winning agent for thirty-one years. Part of what makes Anita such a successful realtor is her education and work experience. She has earned the title of Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and also has the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation, as well.
As a resident of the Conyngham Valley herself, Anita serves the surrounding area with the unique insight only a local can provide. If you are looking to buy or sell your home in Freeland, Drums, Hazle Township, Hazleton, or other nearby locations, you will find much success with Anita.
Her strongest skill is, in her words, “keeping it real!” She prides herself on her ability to negotiate prices, work with buyers, and help sellers list—and ultimately sell—their homes. In fact, listing homes for sale and working with sellers is her favorite part of working in the real estate business.
Despite her hard work and dedication, she doesn’t view her work as actual work. It is more than just a skill, it is her favorite past time:
I love this business. It never feels like a job and I don’t plan to ever retire. It’s fun!
While Anita truly never stops actively pursuing solutions to her clients’ needs, she still finds time to pursue her other interests. When she can, Anita volunteers with the American Cancer Society Road to Recovery and is a Red Cross platelet donor. She was recently elected to a four-year term with the Conyngham Borough Council, has been a member of Conyngham Planning Commission for the past three years, and is also a member Conyngham Parks & Rec Board. Anita was previously a member of the Conyngham Sewer Authority, the Butler Township Planning Commission, and the Luzerne County Planning Commission.
Every now and then she even manages to find some downtime. When that’s the case, you can find Anita Reber on the golf course, enjoying some fresh air and exercise.
